Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the manis33 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and belong to you.
Any attempt to use another person's identity, false information, or invalid documents during registration is a serious offence that may result in legal action.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. manis33 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Manis33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a manis33 platform user, you agree to use our services for lawful and appropriate purposes only. You are prohibited from doing or attempting to do any of the following while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or exploit the platform
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Sharing your account with others or transferring it to a third party
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the platform
- Publishing or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the platform
- Manipulating games or payment systems in any unfair or unauthorised manner
Any breach of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and manis33 reserves the right to seek compensation for any losses incurred.

Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
Methods & Currency
All transactions on the manis33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, and other methods available at the time of the transaction.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier. All applicable limits will be displayed in your account settings.
Withdrawals & Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. manis33 reserves the right to carry out security checks before approving any withdrawal request to ensure account safety and compliance with platform policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered payment account details are accurate and in their own name. manis33 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property Rights
Limitation of Liability
Manis33 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or financial damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit made within the thirty days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension
Manis33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, fraud, or for security reasons. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or misconduct may be forfeited in full.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the manis33 platform are the exclusive property of manis33 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from manis33.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Manis33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes.
